No Refunds or Credits for future orders for:
* Custom order cake cancellations
made less than 24 hours from the pick up date
* No shows or when an order is not picked up

All products are the responsibility of the customer once they leave the bakery

The owner reserves the right to offer alternative options or solutions depending on the circumstances.
